Got out right after work, before the trick-or-treaters hit the streets. Seven marathon paced miles in the middle of the run, and they were great! Splits of 7:50, 7:55, 7:56, 7:57, 7:52, 7:51 and 7:48. Rain tomorrow, rain/snow Sunday ... welcome to November.
