I got the run in on my way to work, and luckily for my co-workers I showered before heading into the office. A fair bit of downhill on the first seven miles or so, but I felt sluggish to that point so I welcomed it. In Campobello now, where I'll run most of the marathon route over the next couple of days. Driving through the island tonight, I was reminded of how it is rarely flat! That 3:30 will prove to be quite tough for me!
