My plan - which, as per usual, I seem to be following loosely lately - has a shorter distance every second Sunday for my "long" run, usually calling for 10 miles on those days. I tend to cheat and go a bit longer (12-13 miles), but today, after the 12-mile run with MP miles yesterday, I stuck to the script. Not feeling the most energy today, but I squeezed it in at a time when the rain held off.
