First 20 mile run since the last marathon, and it felt very difficult, with a few walk breaks at the end. Even with the walk breaks (Garmin left on) the pace worked out to be pretty normal, so maybe I was going a bit too fast while running? The misery was more likely due to a combination of few things: 39+ miles over the last three days, lots of hills on the route, and missing my long run the last two weekends. I'll do the same run next weekend and see if it goes any better. 56 miles for the week.
