I can't call it a Cub run anymore, because Cam has graduated to Scouts. Anyway ... I ran while he was in Scouts. Nice weather, before the rain started. Kicking off yet another plan, I'll see if I can stick to it this time. It's nothing super crazy, gradually building up from 39 miles per week to start, peaking at mid-60 miles per week. It's a plan a coach gave me a couple of years ago for the Sugarloaf Marathon, but I got hurt and missed a month of running at that time so I didn't complete it. 19 weeks until the Longford Marathon, with a few races (including the half in Fredericton) sprinkled in until then.
