Got out for this run during lunch. Ran a couple of miles, then met Enrique and started doing three one-mile repeats at a harder effort, with three minutes active recovery. With pacing and encouragement from Enrique, I did them in 7:21 (actually 1.02 miles ... I didn't have the Garmin pre-programmed), 7:06 and 7:11. Happy with that, and it is good practice for the 5-miler we'll both be doing on Sunday at Mike's race in St. Andrews.
