I've been battling a flu/cold the last couple of days. However, since I've started feeling a little better, I decided to do my regular four-mile loop around home at a super slow pace. Strapped on the heart rate monitor, set the alert at a low rate, and took brief walking breaks as needed (with uphills or strong headwinds) to keep the rate low.
