It was -8c tonight, but with no wind and dressed warmly it felt just fine, and so did my leg!

So I've been thinking about my leg. When I hurt it late last winter, it was shortly after running a hillier long run, after having run on mostly flat terrain for the previous two months. This time, it was the day after running hill repeats. I think I need to run more hills, but break into them gradually. Brad Hudson recommends doing hill repeats (short ones initially) early in training plans, to strengthen running muscles and avoid injuries ... sounds good to me.
