Notes
Another nice night, although we're supposed to get rain for much of the rest of the week. Feeling good about the running lately... maybe because there's no pressure of a race anytime soon. However ... I am doing a 15k this weekend that I signed up for a while ago, but I'm under no illusions of doing great in it.
Last night I tried some core work with a wheely thing (push up wheel?) which was ... awkward. I could feel it though.
