Notes

Yesterday I think I felt more sore (sorer?) than I ever have after a half marathon. Blame it on my reverse taper. I had a sore left hip, and I think a touch of piriformis. Lots of stretching yesterday, and today I didn't feel so bad ... so I got my prescribed run in. Kept it nice and easy.
