Notes

After a couple of bad weekend long runs, I actually had a decent one today. It's also the first time I have run 21 miles as a training run. My schedule originally had me doing 22 miles, but I have mixed feelings on the benefits of running that long in training, so I clipped it just a little. A little warm out there, and I stopped three times for water refills, so the faster pace is a little misleading (I stopped my watch when I stopped). The route was also quite flat, and I'll return to my hillier long run route next week... I just needed to have a good run today, so I chose this easier route. Plus, the trail provided a fair bit of shade.
