It's crazy hot out today. So I ran at the Y. It was a nice short one, but it took me a while to figure out how to use the treadmill which was annoying. Some of the nice things about the treadmill is that it tacked on an additional 2:40 cool down and I could get my heart rate. During the cool down I watched my heart rate decrease from 160 to 120 BPM in 40 seconds.
