It didn't seem like I was running a 7:50 pace. But I did want to get it done. It was hard getting the motivation to go out today. Overcast and cold. Plus I'm pretty tired, I haven't been getting a lot of sleep the last couple of nights. I saw Scott, Dan and Matt Bleecker at the house on Helen St. Talk to them for a bit.
