I bailed out at 15.5 miles. Discouraging run. I know that I can do 19, but I walked the last 3.5 back to the car. Not sure if it was the Cytomax drink that I tried this time or the big breakfast that I ate but I was not a happy camper. Got home and ended up dry heaving and sick. Took a nap for a while and that seemed to help. As seen by my splits I wasn't running too hard. Something to keep in mind, drink more! I weighed myself when I got back and I had lost about 9 pounds.
