Notes

ate a lot of rice around 7pm today and forgot to drink enough water before the run.

pace run after 0.58M warm up. legs felt heavy at 2.5-3.0M, and I felt hard until 4M. after 4M, I felt great and enjoyed this speed. got thirsty after 5.5M and stopped at 10K. didn't dare to go further. Really think the treadmill speed needs calibration. had no chance to weigh my self before and after run, but my shirt was almost dripping. I found the advantage of endurance training when a guy came to the treadmill next to me and pounded like hell for around 10min. He just couldn't disturb me,hahaha.

almost fainted and threw up after stepped down the treadmill. but legs felt good.

good to know I can still run!
