finally scheduled a showdown with the guy from work who challenged me to race a 100m and 400m.
i wasted him in the 100, taking the lead by the 3rd step and he just quit at 30m when i was already way ahead. so it was kind of lame and we didn't even race the 400.
just happy my achilles felt ok. still a little sore but on the road to recovery.
