taconic-hereford MUA. mile repeats. starting at that first 90-degree turn near south parking lot, (1/2 mile mark at big 90 degree turn), finish at end of potholes beside big puddle, so at that low point.
south to north: flat to slow incline to steeper incline going a little past (1/4 mile at most ) the half way point.
gravel. cool temps. was hoping to go 6:10 but that just wasn't happening. felt good flying the downhills on the back halves. felt decent just wish I had been faster I felt like I was working pretty good.
