Dutchess Classic 5k 20:23, ((oops it was 3.2 miles! feel better about this now, projected 19:47 finish.))
very disappointing time. slowest 5k since high school. first mile 5:55 just like I wanted, but trailed off after there. never saw other mile markers. pleased with mental effort though. I ran tough. I just was never able to hit a rhythm the whole race. I was battling with every step to push the pace and find a semblance of form. I just didn't have it today.
