I went out in the evening after dawdling around for a while and ran Chicken Run with a couple of add-ons (Clarke-60th-North-68th and a reverse of Helmut's walk loop at the end). I did not feel all that good on this run, but it was kind of a "slog and drudge" run in that I am using this easy mileage to get stronger and get my body used to the high volume.
