I got out for this one in the late morning before getting going to the graduation party and then on to Milwaukee for the Wisco Mile. It was hot and windy and I ran Lake-bike path-Brewster-Mills-Industrial-trail-Sandy-Main-Woodland Beach-Ferry-Lake. I felt okay, but my right foot was really sore again. My right foot seems to not settle into the 2000 4s all that well, but I am not going to just give up on them. It was still a good week - 72 miles and it did not feel overwhelming.
