I met up with Blake after I got home from school and driving out to his place. I went with him down Hope(?) to Menomonee-Burleigh-76th-Lisbon-100th-Ruby-105th-Congress-Hwy. 100. I did not feel quite as rough as I might have thought I would given the difficult day yesterday, but I was a little sore. My form was not really all that great, but aside from that, I was actually doing okay. Not a bad recovery day at all. I needed something under 10 miles for a change...
