Went out on the trail to keep tabs on the kids today and got back in time for the main group to get going on their strides while my top group of guys were still on the trail. I felt okay, but Charlie took a spill in the shadow of the tunnel today and may have twisted his ankle again. Aside from that, the kids handled the heat reasonably well and I was pleased with the day. I was definitely okay with not doing a ton of mileage today after nearly tanking yesterday.
