Notes
I got out for my run in the evening again before going off to choir in the evening. I started out in Wedgewood-Warnimont-63rd-Oklahoma-Forest Home-the rest of Jackson Park. I did not feel all that great on this run and just kind of slogged through it. It was kind of a dreary day outside as well and I was just happy to get in my miles for the day. Hamstring was a little sore at the beginning of this run, but it got better as I went further into the run.
