Notes
I went out in the evening after getting a few things done at school. I always have a little bit of a leap in my stride on Fridays (I'm guessing it is because I have the weekend to look forward to), so I was pretty happy to be out and running. By the time I was a few miles in, I had settled into another comfortable rhythm on Chicken Run and I did not force the issue off of the workout yesterday and with the race on Sunday. No sense in going harder than I need to. I got done feeling pretty well recovered from the big one yesterday.
