I met up with Micah and we ran from his place toward Lincoln and down Lincoln-35th-National-38th-Hank Aaron State Trail-76th-National-80th-something-82nd-Hayes-83rd. My stride was getting weird in the middle of the run today and I was even feeling pain in my right knee since I am pretty sure I was beginning to compensate in my stride a bit due to the hamstring. I got done not feeling so great about my overall health, but it was at least nice to get this run finished in the morning.
