Notes
This is a run I've been a little intimidated by since I saw it on the schedule. 2 hours of Renato pace interspersed within 2:15-2:25 total time. That's a long time to be out there and I took three GUs with me to help with getting used to taking nutrition. I ran Locust-76th-Clarke-61st-North-68th-Milwaukee-Harmonee-Harwood-Menomonee-Honeycreek-Doyne-Story-Bluemound-Hawley-National-84th-Greenfield-76th-Bluemound-Honeycreek-Menomonee-Burleigh-76th-Hadley-80th-Locust. I had no real trouble keeping my tempo out there and the run actually felt pretty easy for the most part, just a little long. Very good confidence boost.
I got REALLY sick afterwards. After drinking some water with NUUN in it, I got sick to my stomach and vomited several times and could not keep much of anything down. I ended up staying up until almost 1:30 and managed to get down 7-UP, chicken broth, and an IZZE. Tough end to the day, but hopefully I learned from this.
