Easy run going the reverse direction as the kids again. I like using this route for the practices and it seems to be a good one for them as they are pretty spread out. I felt pretty good today toward the end of the run, but a little bit sluggish at the start. Not a bad day out today, but it was a little more humid than it was yesterday. I am noticing that I am having a tough time getting out for much more volume than the typical 5-6 miles during XC practice. It will be fine for staying in decent shape, but it is tough to get in training, per se.
