Notes
I went out and ran with the kids as they did their workout on the trail. I hung with the top group for a couple of segments, but once we caught back up with the others, I tried to give Carter and Cooper more of a push to see how they would respond. I was pleased with the overall effort today and my sneaky way of having them go uphill on the way back panned out pretty well. The workout was 10:00 easy, then a build (:15)-hold (1:00)-surge (:15) workout with send-offs every 5:00. The girls had a good day too, especially Haylee.
