Micah and I met up at his place and we headed out toward Wisco via 76th St. and we cut through the parkway and "smokers' alley" behind Wisco-84th-State Fair-80th-Hayes-83rd. I added on through McCarty where I had to stop again (had Chipotle for dinner again yesterday...you would think that I would learn from such dire mistakes)-Honeycreek where I did the hill sprints, then back up Honeycreek-Beloit-76th-Lincoln-84th-Hayes-83rd. Legs felt way better than yesterday, but still a little bit sluggish. Perhaps it was from running early on no coffee.
