Notes

30:00 bike followed by 15:00 on the elliptical. Followed that with 7 minutes of core as well as dips, pull-ups, and push-ups. Had my heart rate up around 156 or so on the elliptical. Nice to have a day off of the impact, but definitely prefer the running.
