Really nice day for a run once again. Went on the Tyranena Ten and felt very relaxed the whole way. The only discomfort was a little trouble with the left plantar fascia and that went away after a little while. The stretch on Industrial going east was pretty warm with the tailwind, but I think I am fully recovered from the race and the long run the day after that. Glad I got this in before heading into school for inservice.
