Notes

Easy warmup before the workout on the track at Lakeside. I did an out-and-back to just beyond the bridge on the lake and back. Felt okay and the shoes even felt a little better this time. I did not really decide what to do on this run until I was done with warmup drills, but I just wanted something simple.
