Notes
I got out in the morning before heading into the store and got rolling pretty well to the point where I did an impromptu downtempo workout. I wound things up in the second half of the second mile of the run and got moving after that. I came away from that run feeling pretty good and that I was able to get in a decent workout without necessarily planning every detail. The Adrenalines actually felt pretty good on the faster stuff. Very humid today. I was drenched afterward.
