I went pretty easy in the woods roads once again in the morning before we headed back to Milwaukee. It was nice to be able to go for one more run up there even if I felt a little off. I ran Silver Lake-Morey-Whitetail-Eagle-Yellow Birch-Duck-Yellow Birch-Morey-Otter Lake-Morey-Hemlock-Morey-Maple-Morey-Mitchell Point-Silver Lake. I felt really sore today in my calves, but I am sure that will be fine in a couple of days.
