Notes
I got going a little late in the morning and felt much better today than I did yesterday. Today was my and Katie's 10th wedding anniversary and we laid pretty low today and then had a nice dinner at the end of the evening. It was a little less humid today as well and it felt good to run pretty easily and to have the pace come more naturally as well. I ran a combination of loops and added Sandy and a short segment on the trail after starting on Industrial and adding Mills and Brewster. Much better...feeling back in business to an extent.
