I finally got out the door and headed out after I was off to a good start by getting up at 5:40 to run. I got my coffee into my belly and I headed out onto 81st-Locust-76th-Harmonee-State-Menomonee-Honeycreek-O'Connor-84th-Bluemound-98th-Wisconsin-Wisconsin Ave. Park-Hwy. 100-Watertown-Underwood-92nd-Chambers-81st. Underestimated the route's distance by a bit as I was setting out. I only intended on going 9-10, but I felt like this was good extended recovery. I felt pretty flat, but not all that sore, which was a nice surprise after the hard workout yesterday.
