Notes
I got back and then out the door a little too late to get much of a run in before choir, but once I was out there, I was feeling pretty good and I was going at a pretty solid pace. I tried not to let it get going too fast since I may be going hard tomorrow. It almost felt a little weird to only go 8 miles today, but I think it will be a good thing to give my body some extra recovery.
