I headed out in the afternoon and went pretty easy at the start and was able to gradually increase the tempo. I felt okay and was not sure how far I really wanted to go, but ended up getting in 10 (mostly to at least eke out 40 miles for the week after the lackluster start during the cross country camp). I am really not liking the feel of these shoes as I get around 8-9 miles into my runs in them. My right foot was kind of sore toward the end and my right navicular bone was especially sore. It usually is when I run in the Adrenalines as of late...not sure why. I felt a little flat at the end, but still managed a decent run.
