Kind of a weird run. I went on a route that I ran earlier in the year with Micah and down Forest Home-St. Paul(?)-13th-Canal Street-Hank Aaron State Trail-60th-Howard-Forest Home. I was a little sore and the weather was a little goofy - windy and it even rained on me a little bit in the middle of the run...while the sun was shining. Odd. I finished up with a few more miles than I had intended, but it made for a good week.
