Notes
I went out and ran easy on the Hammerhead route from campus while the kids were in their captains' practice. I added a little from Lake-Oak-Fremont-Lake Shore-Ferry-Woodland Beach to get 5 on the day, which was fine by me. It was pretty warm today and I think it is supposed to get even warmer for tomorrow. Even so, I think the kids will be up for the challenge of St. Lawrence...even if I do not like that meet at all.
