I think my GPS was a little bit goofy at the beginning of this run, but in any event, I was out there into the wind at the beginning of this run and I was getting kind of annoyed at the strong northeast "breeze" that we had. Aside from that though, I was a little surprised that my pace was as quick as it was. I did not have all that much trouble with the increase in pace. Perhaps it was the lower volume that is beginning to kick in. Regardless, it was kind of nice to get back feeling like the run was easy despite being a little faster.
