Notes
Earlier in the day, when I was considering what my long run would be, the thought of "dos horas" came to mind in a sinister tone. Therefore, to live up to it, I ran for a little over two hours. I hit 18 miles in a little under two hours, but to make sure (in case my GPS decided to freak out), I added a little bit at the end to get to two hours. Running down at the lakefront brough back some memories of the Lakefront Marathon from a couple years ago. I ran from Veterans' Park to a little into Fox Point and back. I never felt great, but this run never felt all that hard either, but more of a test of pure endurance. 18 miles did not feel that difficult. Legs were okay afterward.
