Notes
Not long after getting back home (after the flight from Boston to Chicago and after the bus ride from Chicago to Waukesha and after having my mom drop us off at home), I went out onto the Easier Eight for a run because I could not really think of anything better to do as well and because I just signed up for another marathon to run on May 5. Surprisingly, I felt pretty good on this run. I was once again thankful that I dropped out when I did instead of destroying my legs so that I would not even have the option of running another race. Body felt okay and I think after a few more days, I should be able to resume regular training again for the next couple of weeks. Certainly not ready to race yet mentally after yesterday, though. It actually felt cold compared with the weather in Boston yesterday.
