Notes
I randomly decided that I would go long today given that I waited around a little too long to get in the workout that I was planning on getting in this week. I was doing some things around the house that needed to get done and did not set out for this run until it was getting a little late. I ran a combination of loops including part of Chicken Run, the Fruit Loop, and then up 92nd-Hadley-Colonial-Tower View-Menomonee-Burleigh-Menomonee (west)-Hwy. 100-Menomonee-Hwy. 100-Courtland-105ht-Ruby-100th-Grantosa-98th-Fiebrantz-100th. Felt a little off for much of this one, but never felt like I had to grind it out. Just felt a little flat most of the way and got in my miles.
