I was not feeling particularly motivated after a long day at the race and then after taking a (too long) nap. I intentionally went pretty slow at the beginning of the run and gradually increased the tempo, but not to a point where it felt hard. I went on Lake-path-Brewster-Plainview-Topeka-V-Brewster-Badger-High-Mills-Industrial-Pinnacle-Main-Woodland Beach-Ferry-Lake Shore-Fremont-Oak-Lake. Felt decent, but battled some side stitches along the way. That was because I ate a huge lunch.
