Notes
I headed out a little after 6:00 after killing some time and then went 68th-National-70th-Wells-76th-Portland-Froedtert-87th-Watertown Plank-116th-Underwood-Hank Aaron-76th-National-82nd-Burnham-83rd-Arthur-McCarty-Honeycreek-76th-Honeycreek-Wedgewood (long). The workout was 65-80 minutes of Renato Run pace (on the upper end of that range, so right around 6:40-6:50 was the target). I was feeling pretty good and the conditions were perfect outside, so I was consistently between 6:35 and 6:38. That pace actually felt pretty comfortable and I felt like I was on cruise control the whole way. Legs did feel a little beat up once I slowed down at the end and then finished up.
