Notes
Not the greatest run. I felt a little off from the start and it did not improve a whole lot. I was battling side stitches for much of this run and it was tough to settle into much of a rhythm since I was constantly trying to get rid of the stitch. Even so, it was a decent run and I was able to feel like I accomplished at least decent volume on an easy day even if I did not feel so great. The shoes felt a little off today as well. Hopefully that was an aberration.
