Notes
Tom and I met up at Whitnall for an easy run and stuck primarily to the trails and softer footing. I felt a little off today, but that is no shock given the high volume as of late. I did pick things up a little bit after Tom headed back to the start, but not drastically. It was a little humid this morning, but a nice day on the soft trails once again.
