Notes

60 minutes on the bike in the fitness center at the Peppermill. I was pretty tired from the early morning and the travel, but wanted to get this done before dinner. I stuck pretty close to keeping my pulse around 120-130 for just about the entire hour. No real notice of the altitude yet, but I probably would not notice it as much with cross training.
