I got out in the evening again after napping for a while (opened again today) and went out and back north on Menomonee. Once I started heading back after the turnaround, I began a short fartlek workout that I did a lot in high school (and dreaded each time) of 10x1:00 easy, 1:00 hard. I got the pace rolling pretty well on a few of the harder segments, but my stride still did not feel all that fluid on the hard segments. What this workout did do was wake up my legs a little bit. I felt much better after I got done than I did even a few miles into this run.
